Plainer Zari patta like borders with captivating combinations of supplementary borders, to enhance the look have been used in heritage festive Rehwa sarees and this one design draws from it. The Mohaniya, or shakkar daana- crystal of sugar like dobby in zari, with the age old moti Narmada, with Kairi Kangra- mango border along with Muthda in Zari are being incorporated. Kangra resembling the minaret structure of the fort carving, repeated consecutively in a bel like format for continuity, is seen along the end of the borders.
A traditional vintage festive zari dented saree in the most vibrant colorway, paying homage to the Royality. This Zari raasta saree, with gold threads shimmering throughout the entire length of the warp lends to its majestic appeal. With its heavy golden zari non-identical borders on both ends and ornate palla in extra weft designs of kairi kangar and mohaniya completes the textile.
