The rose reveals itself in layers. Here, handcrafted ceramic blooms emerge from Jaisalmer stone, while coloured glass inlays borrow their rhythm and palette from traditional Madras checks. Rather than recording the flower exactly as it appears, the work studies how its character can persist through material, craft, and repeated observation.
